The Youth Whose Ear Heard Truth and Was Confirmed by Allah • رضي الله عنه
An Ansari youth who overheard the chief of hypocrites, Abdullah ibn Ubayy, scheming to expel the Prophet ﷺ from Madinah. When Ibn Ubayy falsely swore he never said it, Allah Almighty revealed Surah Al-Munafiqun to vindicate Zayd's report directly from the heavens. Fought in 17 campaigns with the Prophet ﷺ.
